Founded in 2002 by Vincent Barbey, Ocentis acts as a support to business departments and applies its methodological expertise throughout the entire project phases: organizational and operational consulting, programme or project steering, focusing mainly on innovation, performance and digital transformation.
The expertise and the added value of Ocentis’ interactions are strengthened by its independent status towards the players on the market. This conscious and deliberate independence warrants the integrity of its recommendations.

Vincent just loves development ! After spending 5 years integrating industrial subsidiaries abroad or at a telecom operator’s in Canada, he founded Ocentis in 2002. Since 2011, Vincent is a startuper in the digital field and contributes to the economic life, acting as project manager in complex programmes or as a digital trust expert. He’s happy doing this just as long as he keeps his coffee/newspaper routine and does a bit of sports during the week!

Sophie‘s passion is for change! From process modeling to HR transforming , working with key accounts as well as with SMEs, Sophie is happy when the women and men she works with develop their skills and lead the changes with tangible results.What you also need to know is that Sophie is a very organized and thorough person because she loves to finish the projects on time and on budget. In order to always keep a smile on her face, she spends time in the country side to recharge her batteries!
